Last update: August 21, 2025

This privacy policy applies to all online offers at darmtopf.de, darmtopf.com and all subdomains of the form name.darmtopf.com. The subdomains are technically unchangeable mirrors of darmtopf.comLicensees have no access to content or technology. Contract and usage details are governed by the Terms and Conditions.

1. Person responsible

Emil-Duborg-Kehre 7, 21529 Kröppelshagen, Germany
E-mail: kontakt@darmtopf.com

No data protection officer appointed; not required by law. See contact details above.

2. Legal basis (brief overview)

We process personal data on the basis of the GDPR, in particular Art. 6 (1) (a) (consent), (b) (contract/initiation), (f) (legitimate interest), and – in the case of health data – Art. 9 (2) (a) (explicit consent). The "controller" is the person who determines the purpose and means of processing.

3. Hosting & Server Log Files

When you visit our website, technically necessary data (IP address, date/time, URL, referrer, user agent) is processed. Purpose: stability, security, error analysis.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
Storage period: maximum 14 days, after which deletion/anonymization.

4. Cookies & Consent Management

Non-essential cookies/trackers are only set with your consent. We log consents and offer the option to revoke them at any time via our Consent Management Tool (CMP).

Legal basis: TDDDG § 25 (storage/reading on end devices) and Art. 6 (1) lit. a or lit. f GDPR.

5. Integrated third-party content & tools

YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) – Integration only in privacy-enhanced mode and generally as "click-to-load." Data is only transferred to YouTube after consent has been granted.

PM-International Partner Shop – When you switch to the official PM-International shop, you leave our area of responsibility; the privacy policy of the respective provider applies there.

Analytics/Tracking (e.g. GA4, Meta, Hotjar) – only after consent via the CMP.

Google Fonts – Locally hosted; no connection to Google servers. If remote access occurs in exceptional cases, this only occurs with your consent.

Note on roles: With actively embedded third-party plugins, joint responsibility with the third-party provider may exist for the initial collection/transmission. We limit integrations to "click-to-load" to minimize these risks; the third-party provider is generally solely responsible for downstream processing.

6. Subdomains & Licensing System (Transparency)

Subdomains (e.g., name.darmtopf.com) are mirrored 1:1 and cannot be changed in terms of content or technology. Sven Neumann remains responsible for subdomain processing. Licensees only become independent controllers if they process personal data outside of the subdomain (e.g., social media, their own CRM).

7. VitalCheck & health data

During the voluntary "VitalCheck," information about health and medical history may be processed. Purpose: individual, non-medical evaluation/recommendation logic; not medical advice or diagnosis.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a), Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR (express consent).

Recipient/Disclosure: After consent, results can be transmitted to the assigned sales partner, who will use this data as the responsible party for further contact.

Storage period: until consent is revoked or the purpose no longer applies; subsequent deletion/anonymization.

8. Contact

If you contact us via form/email/messenger, we will process your information to process your request.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b (contract/initiation) or lit. f (balancing of interests) or lit. a (consent), depending on the purpose.

9. Recipients & Third Country Transfers

Some service providers (e.g., hosting, email, analytics) act as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. For transfers to third countries, particularly the USA (e.g., Google/YouTube/Meta), we rely – where available – on the adequacy decision of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; otherwise, on standard contractual clauses (SCC).

10. Storage period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by law; after that, we delete or anonymize it.

11. Your rights

  • Information (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Correction (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Deletion (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Objection (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Revocation of consent given (Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR)
